These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of instantbookingpro.com/ and to the InstantBookingPro service provided by CanvasICT ("we", "us"). By using this website or signing up for our service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

InstantBookingPro is a done-for-you online booking service for service businesses. We build and host a branded booking page and admin dashboard based on the services, staff and availability information you provide. “Live in 24 hours” timeframes are typical targets, not guarantees, and depend on us receiving complete and accurate information from you.

Plans and payment

Current plans and monthly prices are shown on our pricing section in Australian dollars. Prices may change with notice; any change takes effect from your next billing period. Setup fees, where applicable, are communicated before you commit.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business, service, staff and availability information, and keep it up to date.
• Use the service only for lawful purposes and genuine bookings.
• Ensure you have the right to share any content (such as logos and images) you give us to use on your booking page.

Our responsibilities

We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We aim for high availability but, like any online service, we cannot promise the website or booking pages will be uninterrupted or error-free. Where issues occur, we will work to resolve them promptly.

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the InstantBookingPro software, templates and systems. You retain ownership of your business content and customer data. On cancellation, you can request an export of your customer and booking data.

Cancellation

Plans are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed. You can cancel by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim arose.

General

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continue to apply. We may update these Terms from time to time; the latest version will always be published on this page.
