Your New Business Website (optional)
- A mobile-responsive WordPress website on our standard design, with up to 5 standard pages.
- Your business and service information (which you supply), a contact page and your contact details.
- Your booking system connected, so visitors can book straight from the site.
- Initial domain setup where your preferred domain is available, and up to two rounds of revisions.
- 12 months of basic website hosting. From year two: optional hosting renewal at $86.90 a year including GST; you choose whether to renew (Terms and Conditions).
- You own the content you supply and the completed website.
How fast? Your booking page is typically live within 24 hours of us receiving your services and availability. The website is typically delivered within 10 business days after we receive the content and access we need from you.

What does it cost to start with InstantBookingPro?
Booking plans start at $59 a month, plus a one-off $149 setup (introductory offer). Adding the New Business Website is a one-off $249 at signup. All prices are in AUD and include GST, so your first payment on the Launch plan with a website is $457, then $59 a month.
How fast can I be up and running?
Your booking page is typically live within 24 hours of us receiving your services and availability. The website is typically delivered within 10 business days after we receive the content and access we need from you.
Do I need a website to take bookings?
No. Your booking page has its own link you can share on Google, Instagram and in text messages from day one. The website is optional, but it gives customers somewhere to learn about you before they book.
What is included in the website?
A mobile-responsive WordPress website on our standard design with up to 5 standard pages, your business and service information (which you supply), a contact page, your booking system connected, initial domain setup where your preferred domain is available, up to two rounds of revisions and 12 months of basic hosting. From year two, hosting is optional: $86.90 a year including GST if you choose to renew, and we tell you before the renewal. Domain registration and renewal fees are not included.
Who owns the website?
You own the content you supply and the completed website, subject to the licences of any third-party software it uses. Cancelling your booking subscription does not take away your ownership or control of your website or domain.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep the period you have paid for. Paid periods are not refunded for a change of mind; see our Terms and Conditions for the full details, including setup and website refunds before work starts.
Does it take payments or send reminders?
Not at the moment. Customers see your prices and book a time; you take payment as you do now. Appointment reminders are not part of the system at the moment.
